DESCRIPTION OF MY LITTLE GAME
I started off with an extremely complex idea. The game is supposed to be autobiographical and should also deliver some valuable message through it. I wanted to show my journey of studying abroad in the UK. I lived in England, for three good years, came across lot of obstacles and struggles which in the end made me stronger each time. The beautiful time spent in London is unforgettable for me. I enjoyed learning new things in life and experienced to make crucial decisions on my own simply when I was 19 years old. My idea for this game was to share my experiences through design. My career in design field started when in Portsmouth City, United Kingdom. The reflection of images, experiences, sights and hardwork has been delivered through this game. I did my BA(Hons) in Fashion and Textile design from University of Portsmouth, situated near the waterfront and Portsmouth harbour. I simply love designing garments and making textiles with different mediums. I learnt so much in those 3 years, which pursuaded me to work hard and achieve my goals in life. I would say fashion and textile design has become my hobby over the time, when I am free I try and improve my design skills. This journey has been integral part of my life, it has given me vision to dream big, design more and establish more.

Initially, my thoughts were to create the story based on my school journeys. It was too complex to code everything so I took sometime off to think about how I can incorporate my design journey in the UK. Through my game, I showed in the first phase where I gave a little introduction following with the first scene of London.

REFLECTION
The design ideas I started with had many scenarios that could show my passion, life, hobbies, experiences and obstacles. Due to short time and poor coding, I managed to figure out a different way to portray my design experiences and ideas. I began to doodle different scenes which could make up my story but it stood really compound. So, I kept ideating how to make a real interactive game. I am pleased to share with you the process now that I am relieved. I had lot of issues finding the errors and coding this game was diffucult.I am going to work on this project alongside, where I could show my autobiographical phases of my life through the game. There many ideas I want to add to this game, like add sounds, animations,muilti-player interactions and make different levels. The designing this game was a practical learning of all the Javascript p5.js functions. I am feeling comfident after accomplishing the objective of the assignment. The interactions were complex to put at the begining, but like small erors in the code taught me alot. It was hard to debug, but I am still in the process to add visual interactions over the time. This assignment made me learn to think about your life as a game. Sai Baba who was a saint always told, "LIFE IS A GAME, PLAY IT!" It definitely is upto a person how they interpret this quotation and compare in real life whether in a positive or negative attitude. Life, is full of harships and hapniess and love. The decisions we make influence our present and future. I want to deliver the message through this game, that never give up on anything, your life, your passion, your goals, your family or even your love. Staying positive and showing gratitude for everything, counts! I didn't imagine to finish this assignment at all, but through bit of help, support, guidance and self motivation. I accomplished my short term goal and now am wanting to do more. Make your life easy being playful and happy. That is what my game is about. The levels in this game can be played again by the user due to random search for the fabrics. Everytime you play the game, you can find the fabrics dropping randomly around the canvas. I wanted it to be sort of like treasure hunt where you have to find the given object in the room. When I was young I used to play treasure hunt with my friends in the actual room, where a person had to look for that specific object describing the color, size, name of object if you want to expose and then the other people looks for it and if it were past sometime, the game leader would provide the players with very few hints. It was very much fun to play within the boundaries or areas. This sort of game can be played on digital platforms, road, parks, home, holiday or travel. I wanted to make my bitmap game resemble to the treasure hunt with fabric hunt. I want to develop this game further with adding countdown, timers and difficulty levels.
